Hi Freddy, same for Meghan Bizlady, sometimes, during several minutes. In the Terms of Use Agreement, we can read:
"Although the Site and other Photobucket Services are normally available, there will be occasions when the Site or other Photobucket Services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of Photobucket."
I have the same problem in Second Life. I upload short movies for residents, to another free site. Sometimes the server is down and people see a black screen.[
