Any way to teach UHA 4.0 or give it some emotions!

So i guess it is no supprise that the dam new 4.0 version of UHA has no way to teach him other than to say the question then he will hopefully ask you for the answer . And another thing UHA dosent know what pain is and some of the other more basic emotions can someone make a AI that can alleast have a basic under standing of emotions it might be easier to talk to it when you are in a bad mood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some one do something about this , I would sacrafice intelligence for basic emotions!!CAN THIS GET ANY WORSE?
